Would 100% Work With Her Again

Liz Murphy was recommended to us by a coworker, who told us she is the best in the business. My husband and I have now bought twice and sold with Liz, and she truly is amazing to work with. From initially meeting us for coffee to explain the process for purchasing our first home (before we were even working with her), to sitting us down at a Starbucks at 6pm to help us fill out offer paperwork, she is responsive, supportive, and always willing to answer any/all questions - a perfect companion for first-time home buyers.

When we found our dream property on the market years later, we reached back out to Liz to help us navigate the transaction again. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and we love that she calls out potential opportunities or pitfalls to every home we tour. Her insight and market experience were really valuable to us, and she is skilled at asking the right questions to facilitate you finding answers on your own to things such as, "would I hate this later?", or "would we really use this feature?". She can also offer rough costs of repairs and the market value different features add to a property, something that really helped us compare properties on a more even playing field. Additionally, she walked through our existing home with us and provided guidance about how to best showcase different features, and prep for sale. She hired a professional photographer, and organized all inspection requirements. She is very logical about about what requests are reasonable, and why, and skilled at explaining what alternatives exist for negotiation.

We cannot recommend Liz highly enough - she is amazingly helpful, honest, funny and kind, which are all key skills to have when coaching folks dealing with high-stress transactions. We would 100% work with her again in the future.
