Liz Murphy has helped us in purchasing a number of properties for several years now. She is quite knowledgeable about construction quality and materials both inside and outside, and has been helpful in warning us of what to look for and beware of, as well as the positive aspects of the construction.

She is very familiar with the builders and construction businesses in the Vancouver/Portland area, and is good at negotiating with them to get her clients’ wishes and needs met.

We first met Liz through her father who greatly impressed us some years ago with his knowledge and experience in buying and selling our homes. We were so pleased that those qualities were passed on to Liz. We have recommended her to others, and will continue to do so.
